The Summer School was organized with the support of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as part of the project \u2018Environmentally Sustainable Management of Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) in Industry and Waste Management,\u2019 funded by Sweden.<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-837 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tfzv.ues.rs.ba\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/EUROTITAN-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tfzv.ues.rs.ba\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/EUROTITAN-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.tfzv.ues.rs.ba\/english\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/EUROTITAN.jpg 669w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Faculty of Technology Zvornik, the University of East Sarajevo was represented by Mr. Neboj\u0161a Vasiljevi\u0107, who presented the EUROTITAN project from the European Union\u2019s HORIZON program. The EUROTITAN project focuses on innovative valorization of red mud, a byproduct of Bayer\u2019s process, with the aim of transforming this industrial waste into a valuable resource.
